All Belly Bootcamp classes use the most effective techniques in women’s fitness to focus on the areas mommies & mommies-to-be need most. Belly Bootcamp restricts enrolment to just 10 to 15 moms per group to ensure a level of training you just can’t get from any other fitness class.
Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a combination of cardiovascular and muscular training, core work and stretching all designed for the unique needs of expecting and new moms. Your experienced personal trainer designs fun workouts to burn fat and tone the entire body, plus offers specific answers to all your burning fitness questions.

The best of both worlds: train in a small group, under the guidance of an experienced female personal trainer, with the company of fellow expecting moms. Share laughs, stories and a great workout. Individual attention helps you enjoy your healthiest, fittest pregnancy and increase your chances of a smooth delivery.
Bellies & Babes Bootcamp
Skip the costly gym and babysitter without sacrificing results! Working in a fun and casual group environment, you will restore
your body to its pre-pregnancy shape faster and more effectively. Individual attention from an experienced postnatal fitness trainer helps you restore your core, lose fat and rebuild your strength and endurance for the challenges of motherhood. Bond with baby, build new friendships and banish that belly! (babies 6 weeks – 18 months)
Bellies & Strollers Bootcamp
Bring baby along for a challenging cardiovascular workout and dynamic outdoor drills, bootcamp-style. Fresh air and exciting sights for the little ones plus a great workout designed to restore your body to its pre-pregnancy shape faster and more effectively. Individual attention from an experienced postnatal fitness trainer helps you rebuild your strength and endurance for the challenges of motherhood. Beyond Bellies Bootcamp
An inspiring, supportive environment for moms who want to feel their fittest ever! This women-only group training focuses on restoring your metabolism to burn fat better and fine-tuning your core strength, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Fun, fast-paced and effective. Individual attention to help you meet your personal goals. Bye bye, bellies!
Power Pilates Bootcamp
Get the core strength and stabilization work of pilates, with the emphasis on total-body fitness you expect from Belly Bootcamp! Our pilates instructor and postnatal fitness specialist guides you through a challenging pilates class, incorporating baby. Special emphasis on posture, core strength and toning those mommy ‘trouble spots’ – hips, legs and abs. The discipline of pilates with the results of Belly Bootcamp! A great complement to your regular Belly Bootcamp schedule. (babies 6 weeks +)
Bellies Run! Bootcamp
It’s a Learn-to-Run program, Belly Bootcamp-style! Experienced running coach and prenatal/postnatal fitness specialist lead a gradual running program, complete with dynamic strength training and stretching to prevent injuries and get results! Run alone or with your stroller. Enjoy the fresh air and fun of a bootcamp, while building your cardiovascular endurance for a lifetime of fitness. (babies 6 weeks +)
Custom Belly Bootcamp
If you’ve got a small group and a goal in mind, we will customize a Belly Bootcamp fitness program to your group’s schedule, interests and fitness goals!
